I can't find "Grave of the Vampire" here.

Both http://www.sinistercinema.com/ and Alpha Video have all three of these movies. I'm hoping they're all public domain.

All three are PD

"A Man Betrayed" and "Three Blondes in His Life" both fell out of copyright becuase of failure to renew registration. "Grave of the Vampire" was released without a required copyright notice so it entered the public domain on day of publication without notice.

Thanks a lot. "Three Blondes" is currently rated 7.2 on the IMDB; it'll be fun to upload a movie that's so good. The first one I'll upload is "Man Betrayed".

I checked at the USCO. There were no notices for Three Blondes in His Life, so it's likely PD. Grave of the Vampire had some notices, but I don't know that this means that the movie is copyrighted. A Man Betrayed is too old to check there.
